A Pontiac leader on every departure.
Every journey has a Pontiac trip leader, travelling with local guides from the region and, on treks, porters who look after camp and kitchen. Between them they know the trail, the weather and nearly everyone you'll meet.

Sized for the route, never a crowd.
Each group is kept to the size its route can carry calmly, so camps stay quiet and nobody is hurried. Any journey can also run privately, on your dates, from just two travellers.

A proper bed, wherever the day ends.
On treks we sleep in A-frame tents on 2-inch mattresses. On tours, in farmhouses, homestays, houseboats, boutique and heritage hotels, each chosen for where it stands and how it welcomes you. Every journey page tells you exactly where you'll sleep.

Cooked fresh, eaten slowly.
On treks and camps every meal is included: a hot breakfast, lunch packed for the trail and dinner by the fire. On tours we choose restaurants and homestays known for honest regional cooking.
